How can i help your family?
The role of the postpartum doula is to nurture, educate, assess, and refer. I offer nonjudgmental support, provide evidence based education, assess your needs, and can refer you to a wide range of other professionals.
I cater my services to each family’s needs so my schedule and the tasks I perform look very different from client to client. In our initial free 1-hour interview, we discuss your needs and how my skills can match up to meet them. Since this can be hard to imagine, I’ve put some examples and sample schedules below.
I can’t wait to get a chance to talk to you about your growing family and how I can serve to ease the transition for all of you. I offer in-person visits within 15 miles of 15206 and charge the IRS standard reimbursement per mile beyond 30 round trip. At the moment I am unable to take on clients who have family members in the home who are not fully inoculated as recommended for their age by the American Association of Pediatrics.
